Litsa Studios is a peaceful, family complex efficiently run by Nikos and his wife. Conveniently located in the outskirts of Malia’s old town, where both locals and visitors escape from their fast-paced regular lives. In regards to location, our Property is the ideal accommodation for those who seek a relaxing holiday close to the romantic walk through Malia old village and within walking distance of approximately 1 kilometre from the busy center of lively Malia.

A number of famous traditional restaurants can be found easily in the picturesque paths of the old village. Moreover a get away to the nearest beach is approximately 1,6 kilometres and away.

Our value for money accommodation offers Breakfast and dinner options for those who wish to expand their holiday experience.

A nice place to stay quiet and with good prices. Owners are very kind and professional. Beautiful room, comfortable and clean. Close to the old and most interesting part of the town. A place where relax, quite and night life can go all togheter

I stayed at Litsa from 29th of July to 5th of August… 7 days passed like I was in my home with my parents!! Nik and Soula, the owners, are so lovely and kind, always available to help and advise you in the better way!! The room is very nice, very good furnitures, clean and with a beautiful view, food are delicious and very cheap, wi-fi available in every room and possibility of booking your excursions, cars, quad and cruises directly from the reception… beach, shops and restaurants are close to the hotel, reachable on foot in 5 minutes… Nik, Soula, wait for me and reserve me a place … I’ll be back next summer!!

Mr. Nicos and his lovely wife were amazing hosts they were very helpful during our stay in guiding us into the truly exceptional locations in Malia where we could benefit the most. The property is a perfect reflection of what Malia is all about
